• Vincent C. Byrd - President & Chief Operating Officer, The J.M. Smucker Company
  Vincent C. Byrd, 56, joined Myers Industries' Board of Directors in April 2006. Byrd is currently President and Chief Operating Officer with The J. M. Smucker Company® in Orrville, Ohio. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
   
• Sarah R. Coffin - Chief Executive Officer, Aspen Growth Strategies LLC
  Sarah R. Coffin, 59, was elected to Myers Industries' Board in 2010. She is currently Chief Executive Officer, Aspen Growth Strategies LLC, an investment company located in Wooster, Ohio. She brings to the Myers Board a wide range of expertise in the polymer industry, marketing and operations management. Coffin has an MBA in marketing from Indiana University, Bloomington.
   
• John B. Crowe - Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of Buckeye Technologies Inc.
  John Crowe, 64, joined the Myers Industries Board in 2009. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Buckeye Technologies Inc. (NYSE), Memphis, Tennessee, a producer of absorbent products, chemical cellulose products and customized paper.
   
• William A. Foley - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Blonder Home Accents
  William A. Foley, 63, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blonder Home Accents, in Cleveland, Ohio, a distributor of wallcoverings and home accents. He also serves as Director of Libbey Inc. (NYSE), Toledo, Ohio, a producer of consumer and industrial glassware. Foley was elected to the Myers Industries board in 2011 and brings extensive experience in plastics manufacturing and in the lawn and garden industry for consumer, industrial, and distributor based businesses.

• Robert B. Heisler, Jr. - Dean of the Kent State University Business School
  Robert B. Heisler, Jr., 62, is Dean of the Kent State University Business School. He also serves as Director of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE). He is formerly Chief Financial Officer of Kent State University and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KeyBank, N.A. (NYSE), Cleveland, Ohio, a national banking association, and McDonald Financial Group. Heisler was elected as a Director of Myers Industries in 2011.
   
• Richard P. Johnston - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Private Equity Investor
  Richard P. Johnston, 80, has served as a Director of Myers Industries since 1992. He is Chairman of the Board of Royal Associates, Inc., a holding company based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He is also a director of Results Radio, Inc., Sonoma, California. He formerly served as Founder and Director of AGCO, Inc. (NYSE), Duluth, Georgia, a manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment. 
   
• Edward W. Kissel - President & Managing Partner, Kissel Group Ltd.
  Edward W. Kissel, 69, has served as a director of Myers Industries since 2000. He is President and Managing Partner of Kissel Group Ltd., Akron, Ohio, a holding company with interests in property, consulting and mold manufacturing. He is also director of Smithers Scientific Services, Inc., Akron, Ohio, a provider of testing services for materials. He is formerly President, Chief Operating Officer and director of OM Group, Inc. (NYSE), Cleveland, Ohio, a specialty chemical company.
   
• John C. Orr - President & Chief Executive Officer, Myers Industries, Inc.
  John C. Orr, 60, was named Myers Industries' President and Chief Executive Officer on May 1, 2005 and appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company later that year. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Operating Officer, a position to which he was appointed in August 2003, in charge of the Company's worldwide manufacturing and distribution operations. Mr. Orr joined Myers Industries in August 2000 as General Manager of the Company's Buckhorn subsidiary, a leading manufacturer of reusable plastic material handling containers and pallets. Prior to joining Myers Industries, Mr. Orr had a distinguished 28-year career with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Mr. Orr also serves on the Board of Directors at Akron General Medical Center, as well as Libbey Inc. (NYSE: LBY), a leading provider of tableware for both foodservice and consumer markets.
   
• Robert A. Stefanko - Former Chairman of the Board & Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration, A. Schulman, Inc. 
  Robert A. Stefanko, 68, has served as a Director of Myers Industries since 2007. He serves as a Director of OMNOVA Solutions, Inc. (NYSE) an innovator of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals and decorative and functional surfaces; he is also a Director of The Davey Tree Expert Company, Kent, Ohio. He is former Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration of A. Schulman, Inc., Akron, Ohio, an international supplier of plastic compounds and resins.
