Industrial, commercial, and
consumer users find storage and organization solutions with our Akro-Mils™ plastic
products. Sold by distributors nationwide, our industrial containers and bins perform many
tasks, from creating assembly workstations to transporting medical supplies. Our Akro-Mils
/ RB-Dura line offers an extensive range of material handling carts to industrial and
commercial markets. Akro-Mils consumer products, sold by leading retailers, provide
storage and organization efficiency with home, holiday, crafts, office, and hardware
products.

Our Buckhorn® reusable plastic
container systems replace cardboard and wood containers to help customers reduce material
handling costs. We offer one of North America’s most comprehensive selections of bulk
and hand-held containers, pallets, and dunnage to meet shipping and handling needs in many
industries. We also provide services to help customers implement and custom design
reusable container programs.

Automotive & Custom |

Under our Ameri-Kart™ brand, we produce an
extensive range of custom rotationally molded and vacuum formed plastic parts including
storage tanks, fenders, trim, and dashboards used to manufacture recreational vehicles, in addition to tanks, seat frames and more for the recreational marine market. We
also make specialty products for the automotive, commercial, and agriculture markets.

Our Buckhorn Rubber™ OEM and
replacement parts meet the needs of customers in waterworks, transportation, construction,
and other industries. Products range from air intake
hoses, hood latches, anti-vibration mounts, gaskets, and more. We also design and produce
a variety of performance-specific custom rubber products.

Our Michigan Rubber Products (MRP)
brand manufactures engineered rubber products for the automotive industry in four
categories: engine air induction hoses and assemblies, noise vibration dampers, tubing
components, and static seals and gaskets. MRP serves multiple vehicle platforms and
enjoys sole-supplier status across many of those platforms. MRP's more than 400 products
are manufactured utilizing rubber extrusion and injection, compression, and transfer
molding.

The most comprehensive tire
repair and retread product line in the U.S. is from Myers' Patch Rubber Products™ brand.
Other Patch products include calendered rubber; custom rubber sheet stock used by the
sporting goods, mining, and telecommunications industries; and ATM™ reflective marking
tape and symbols applied by road construction professionals to replace paint for marking
highways and repair areas.

Through our WEK
Industries brand, Myers produces engineered plastic blow molded components for the
automotive market and also the motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle markets. WEK’s
product offering includes HVAC ducts, toolboxes, reserve tanks, and air induction tubing
and components. The capabilities of WEK allow the Company to produce both large and small
parts with precise dimensions to meet the space configurations of vehicle designs.

Our Dillen, ITML and Pro Cal products for growers include the industry's most extensive range of
flowerpots, hanging baskets, flats, trays, and nursery containers. Services include industry-leading in-mold labeling, color
offset printing and adhesive labeling on pots to help growers brand their plant material
and improve retail sales.
Our decorative resin planters from
Listo feature intricate molding details in metallic, weathered stone, and textured styles
with unique finishes that capture the retailer's attention and the consumer's imagination.
Products include a diverse offering of planters for indoor and outdoor usage.

Segment, with our Myers Tire
Supply® brand we are the largest distributor and one-stop-shop for tire, wheel, and
undervehicle service tools, equipment, and supplies in the United States. Independent tire
dealers, mass merchandisers, commercial auto and truck fleets, tire retreaders, and
general repair facilities rely on our broad product selection, rapid availability, and
personal service to grow their business and become more productive and profitable.
We buy and sell nearly 10,000 different
items — everything that professionals need to service passenger, truck, and off-road
tires and wheels. Myers Tire Supply provides strategic nationwide coverage from 35
branches positioned in major metropolitan areas, as well as international distribution, which covers Central and South America
Myers do Brasil, our new brand serving the needs of the tire service providers in Brazil, is our latest expansion into this market outside of the U.S. |
