Jack Liebau, Jr. was elected to the Myers Industries Board of Directors in 2015 and appointed Chairman in 2016. He has extensive experience in investment management, financial strategy, and corporate governance.
Mr. Liebau currently serves as Chairman of the Board of STRATTEC Security Corporation (Nasdaq: STRT) and as a director of BNY Mellon ETF Trust, a position he has held since its formation. His previous board service includes the publicly traded companies Media General, Herley Industries, Pep Boys, and Motorcar Parts of America.
Earlier in his career, he served as a partner and equity portfolio manager at Primecap Management, where he co-managed two Vanguard funds. He also held leadership positions at Davis Funds and served as President and CEO of Roundwood Asset Management. He began his investment career at The Capital Group.
Mr. Liebau is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover, and Stanford University.
