Patricia “Tribby” W. Warfield was elected to the Myers Industries Board of Directors in April 2026, bringing more than 30 years of global business leadership experience and 16 years of board service.
Ms. Warfield most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of APC Automotive Technologies. Previously, she held senior executive positions with Nitta Corporation, Kaman Corporation, and Gates Corporation. Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior leadership roles in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, and Italy, demonstrating a sustained record of leadership in strategic initiatives for publicly traded and private equity-backed companies.
Ms. Warfield currently serves on the boards of Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. (TSX: BDGI) and STRATTEC Security Corporation (Nasdaq: STRT). She also serves as an independent board adviser to several private equity-backed global manufacturing and automotive aftermarket companies.
In addition, she serves on the Board of Advisors at the University of Colorado Denver Business School and previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a former member of The Committee of 200, an organization of accomplished women business leaders.
Ms. Warfield holds a degree in international business from National University.
