Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Tom Harmon was appointed Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in September of 2019. Tom joined Myers from Gryphon Investors where he was Managing Director, Human Resources. Prior to that, he held HR leadership positions with Dawn Food Products, Armstrong World Industries and Pfizer. Tom has extensive experience leading organizations through growth and change and in developing high performing teams.
Tom holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Geneseo.
